I get it, I really do. You're looking for an inspirational speaker to fire up your staff. If you shake a tree, you'll find a motivational speaker falling out of it.

There's a shit ton of speakers out there quoting from Anthony Robbins, Zig Ziglar, Elon Musk, Brene' Brown, Richard Branson and the usual suspects.

That's sure to fire your audience up. I don't know how to do that. All I've been trying to do for the last 30 years is navigate this life of mine elegantly and eloquently.

I've failed to do this more often than I can imagine and have lost my way more than I wanted to. In the blood and guts of this life, I've learned a few lessons which may be helpful to your team.

My philosophy is fairly simple. Become a heart-centred human being. Be congruent. Be conscious. Be courteous. Connect with others. Don't compete. You're the job. You're a masterpiece creating a masterwork. Give more than you take. Be useful. You bring light and you bring love. Find a path with heart. You deserve to be heard and seen. You manufacture your world. You can step into your power if you choose.
